Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente: -200 gr unt -250 gr zahar tos -4 linguri cacao -200 ml lapte -5 oua -250 gr faina -1/2 plic praf copt -1 plic zahar vanilat
-2 borcane cu compot de piersici
Mod de preparare: Laptele il punem pe foc,impreuna cu zaharul,zaharul vanilat si
cacaoa..il lasam sa fiarba cateva clocote,dupa care dam vasul
deoparte..si-l lasam sa se raceasca complet..
Untul tinut in prealabil la temperatura camerei,se mixeaza bine ..adaugand mai apoi compozitia de cacao/lapte/zahar(rece)...
Separam albusurile de galbenusuri..,iar albusurile le mixam foarte bine... Faina o amestecam cu praful de copt..
Revenim la compozitia de unt ..si dupa ce am adaugat in unt,amestecul
de cacao/lapte/zahar...urmeaza sa punem si galbenusurile..unu'cate
unu'..mixand dupa fiecare...Dupa ce am pus si galbenusurile,adaugam si
faina/praful de copt..Omogenizam bine toate ingredientele...,iar in cele
din urma adaugam si spuma de albusuri..
Tapetam o tava cu unt si zahar...asezam jumatatile de piersici (scurse bine de lichid)..
Turnam compozitia peste ele si dam tava la cuptor pentru 30 minute la foc moderat...pana se rumeneste pe margini...si trece testul scobitorii..
Se lasa sa se raceasca bine apoi intoarcem tava ...Se portioneaza in patrate astfel incat jumatatile de piersici sa fie in centru ..
