Avem nevoie de urmatoarele ingrediente:
-3 oua
-200 gr zahar
-150 gr unt
-400 gr faina
-200 gr iaurt
-1 plic praf de copt
-1 plic zahar vanilat
-razatura de lamaie
-zeama de lamaie
-3 linguri cacao
-putina sare
-zahar pudra si ciocolata menaj pt decor.
Mod de preparare:
Untul (la temperatura camerei),galbenusurile,zaharul,zaharul vanilat,razatura de lamaie si putina sare se amesteca pana se obtine o crema spumoasa.Se incorporeaza iaurtul si faina,care se pune putin cate putin,amestecandu-se bine.Praful de copt se dizolva in zeama de lamaie si se adauga la compozitie.Albusurile se bat spuma,urmand sa fie amestecate usor in cealalta compozitie ,cu miscari de jos in sus.Se unge cu unt forma in care urmeaza a fi copt checul ,dandu-se mai apoi la cuptor la foc moderat.
Se pot pune in compozitie,stafide,rahat,nuci...eu am ales de data aceasta,doar cacao in jumatate din compozitie.
